CLS Certificates for Service
Don't know what to get the farmer who has it all? A gift certificate for large animal veterinary services might do the trick!
- Gift certificates are available in increments of $50 to $500
- Expiration is approximately one year after purchase date
- Eligible for usage on non-emergency veterinary services only. Please present your gift certificate at the time of appointment.
- Gift certificates cannot be used toward:
- Equipment or medication purchases made at the CLS headquarters retail store
- Online merchandise
- Drop-shipping products ordered through the CLS headquarters or a CLS veterinarian
Gift Certificate Delivery
Gift certificates purchased by themselves will be customized and emailed as digital files within two business days (excluding holidays and weekends). They will be delivered to the email address associated with the gift certificate purchase. To have the gift certificate sent to a different email, please contact Dallas@CustomLivestockSolutions.com immediately after purchase and include your order number with the request.
Gift certificates purchased alongside other items will be customized, printed, and mailed in the same package with the rest of your merchandise.
